Chess is as you know if you have landed here a very beautiful game a game of strategy and planning and thinking way ahead of the opposition in front of you be it family, friend or in a competition, It’s been around for many many years and even with the advent of ipads and Playstation games you can find electronic versions of the game in app stores and freely available online.
It’s been played out on television in many programmes and great masters of the game have been covered over the years, which leads us to a time loving lord called the Doctor who over the years has played chess for either fun or to battle an alien over a planet whilst eating jelly babies.
