We handmake our End grain chopping boards from start to finish. They are available in two different timbers, Oak and Walnut. No matter which timber you choose, either the warm honey blonde colour of the oak or the rich dark chocolate colour of the walnut, both timbers are very beautiful when set out in the butcher’s block pattern, you really see all the contours of the grain when the timber is turned on its side.

Our stunning personalised end grain cutting boards come in three standard sizes as well as several optional extras to suit your personal needs. You can add cut outside handles to your board for easy lifting and a surface groove for catching meat juices and spills when cutting.
End grain chopping blocks also make fantastic trivets, ideal for hot pans and roasting trays straight from the oven.

All of our wooden chopping boards are treated with several coats of all natural Vegan rated food safe chopping board oil. There is nothing harmful in our oils, no hardeners or solvents, no bi-products, just 100% non-toxic natural plant based oils. Meaning our chopping boards are perfectly safe to use and we would have it no other way. This does mean aftercare and regular oiling is essential to keep your chopping board protected.
Personalise your end grain cutting board:
Our stunning round end grain chopping blocks are available blank or personalised with your own choice of words or lettering on the side edge on either 1 or 2 sides. You can also add carved symbols like hearts, stars and other engraved motifs like zodiac signs. Take a look at the options available to you – Engraving options.
We can also engrave a secret or personal message for you on the underside of your board, making your chopping board that little bit extra special. Something like a reading from your wedding day, a favourite poem or quote, something witty, your family favourite recipe or just something secret you don’t want anyone else to see – but you know it’s there.

All engravings are in capitals. For lower case lettering, this can be requested at the time of order. Please add this to the note section at checkout or you can contact us via email or phone. We will supply rubber feet to allow airflow under the board to help with stability and also keep the board from slipping. All End Grain Boards are custom-made. They are handmade to order and all sizes are approximate.
